The man’s first reaction was understandably one of shock.

According to his account, he reached down and grabbed the snake by the neck in an attempt to pull it away.

But the python did not immediately release its grip.

The situation became even more difficult because the snake was still partly inside the toilet.

He tried to pull it out, but the animal was difficult to dislodge.

Khaosod English reported that he spent around 10 minutes attempting to get the snake out of the toilet. During the struggle, he even recorded a video because he wanted to show his girlfriend what had happened.

At one point, he attempted to keep the snake’s head over the toilet bowl.

The situation was chaotic.

He was trying to protect himself while simultaneously preventing the snake from escaping into another part of the house.

Eventually, he grabbed a toilet brush and began striking the snake.

In the process, he also injured his own fingers because he was still holding the snake.

The photographs shared after the incident showed the injuries to his hand.

The struggle finally caused the python to stop moving temporarily before it eventually came out of the toilet.
